The following are the terms and conditions (aka “Agreement”) for HalfaDeal.com.  These terms form a binding agreement between HalfaDeal, LLC and you.

By using our Site and our Services, you agree to our terms as set by HalfaDeal, LLC.  If you do not agree to our terms as set forth, cease use of our Services immediately.  We have no idea why you would continue to use our Site and Services if you do not agree to our terms, so this shouldn’t pose a problem.  We actually think our Site and our Services are quite enjoyable to use and our terms our very fair…so take our advice, adhere to our terms and conditions and score some HalfaDeals!

Conditions for Use of HalfaDeal.com

You must:

  • be at least 18 years of age to participate in any of our offerings
  • not use our website for any nefarious activities
  • not violate any of our copyrighted materials without authorization – if you ask us nicely, we just might be willing to grant said permission.  Hint: our content directors love chocolates, preferably chocolates with marshmallow in them
  • maintain responsibility for any of your actions, posts, profile information and other user-entered information – your ID is your responsibility.  Please do not share it with anyone (don’t say we didn’t warn you!)
  • adhere to our terms and conditions
  • only use our Site and Services for legal purposes.  We cannot really figure out how you could do anything illegal using our website, but there are some clever users out there that frankly are quite a bit craftier than we are.

Refund Policy

On behalf of the entire staff at HalfADeal.com, we would like to express to you our guarantee that we will not let you down.  If you are unhappy with your experience for any reason, please let us know and we will do everything that we can to help rectify whatever disappointments have been made, whether it be a refund or other issue.  If we cannot rectify the situation with other means, we will issue you a refund for the full amount that you have spent with us – simple as that.  No muss, no fuss.

The Merchant may be responsible for allowing you to redeem your Voucher for the cash value based on the actual amount of money you paid for your Voucher for a period of time that extends beyond the expiration date on the Voucher. You should be allowed to redeem your Voucher until the greater of the Voucher’s expiration date or the minimum length of time allowed by applicable law for a Voucher to expire. You must contact the Merchant directly if you have an expired Voucher and would like to redeem it for the price you paid for it. If you have gone to the Merchant and the Merchant has refused to redeem the cash value of your expired Voucher, and if applicable law entitles you to such redemption, then please contact HalfADeal in writing. HalfADeal will refund the purchase price of the Voucher in either U.S. Dollars or credit for purchases of future Vouchers from HalfADeal.

For Florida residents purchasing Vouchers where the Merchant is a healthcare provider: The patient and any other person responsible for payment has a right to refuse to pay, cancel payment or be reimbursed for payment for any service, examination or treatment that is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for the free, discounted fee or reduced fee service, examination or treatment. In most states, businesses not exclusively owned by physicians are prohibited from practicing medicine.
